Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here's how returns work:

Cancelling your order
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to change your mind and cancel your order, and a further 14 days to send it back to us — giving you up to 28 days in total.

Condition of returns
Items should be returned unused, in their original packaging where possible, and in a resaleable condition.

Return postage
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days, including standard delivery costs where applicable. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us — you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost, and this doesn't affect your other statutory rights.
